Varty and Boyan cross their paths in Hewlett Packard (HP) in 2013, where they were working as project managers. In 2015, together with other colleagues, they began to conduct courses for PMP certification preparation. In just one year the course acquires extremely wide popularity. At the end of 2016, 220 participants have completed the course and over 1/4 of them are successfully certified in the field of project management, obtaining their project management Professional (PMP®) certificate.
In the beginning of 2018, the idea of a start-up company was born, focused on promoting project manager profession, by sharing a specific experience that the founders of the PM upgrade acquired during their practice.
The courses we offer cover both induction and advanced levels. The induction level is suitable for people who would like to learn more about the specifics of the profession and become part of it. Advanced courses are appropriate for already experienced project managers who are willing to increase their qualification, demonstrating their knowledge by taking PMP exam.
We have also planned a number of events related to the maintenance of the certificates, during which we will share experience from our already implemented projects. Through real examples we will uncover all the subtleties of the profession that have helped us to cope with complex situations, and we will look into specific cases.
